Having worked with these clients on multiple homes, we really got to understand how they live. Between coasts, between stays, and often in transition. We designed the space to support that rhythm while functioning as both personal retreat and the potential to be a refined short-term rental.

The result is a home that feels efficient, elevated, and quietly complex.

Set on the iconic Pearl Street, The Boulder Move reimagines a former motel into a highly customized, boutique-style condo.

Working within a compact footprint, every element was designed with purpose.
